Welcome to the Gem City Breakfast Kiwanis website! We're devoted to serving the interests of children in our community and we invite you to join us in our mission. Come and visit with us during one of our regular meetings at the Quincy Family and Senior Resource Center, 639 York Street. Breakfast is served starting at 6:45 a.m. and our meetings begin at 7:00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Grant Opportunities: The Gem City “Breakfast” Kiwanis Club is providing grant opportunities to benefit numbers of youth and/or youth and adults working together to better the Quincy, IL community. Grant money is to provide enrichment of educational values, creative activities, cultural awareness, physical wellness, and/or community service.

Applications are being sought to benefit numbers of youth rather than individuals. 

Applications must be postmarked to the Gem City Kiwanis, P.O. Box 178, Quincy, IL 62306 or submitted electronically to dwilling50@comcast.net by midnight on Friday, April 27, 2012. Notifications will be sent by May 11th, with check presentation at the Breakfast Kiwanis meeting at 7:00 am on May 25th, 2012.   A downloadable application form is available from this site by clicking on the Grants icon on the left.
